ホテル ジェネジオ - フィレンツェ

受付のお兄さんがとても優しく、丁寧にお勧め観光ポイントを教えてくれたり町の地図もくれました。朝食もシンプルながら美味しかったです。

バスルームが狭く、シャワーとトイレの仕切りがないので、シャワー後はトイレもぬれてしまうのが難点。。道路に面している部屋で少々うるさかった。

スタッフの対応が良く、特にお掃除・朝食担当の方(おばちゃま)が 逢う度に笑顔で挨拶をしてくれ嬉しかった。 朝食付きが良かった。内容はパン(こぶし程のシンプルなパン)・パウンドケーキ・袋入りパン(スーバーで売っているタイプ・日替わり)・ジャム各種・珈琲・紅茶(ティパック各種)・オレンジジュース・クッキー・シリアルシート・ラスク(各袋入り)・シリアル等。 ８時３０分からとの事だったが、８時前より準備の音が聞こえ８時過ぎに 行くと既に食べている方がいた。 アカデミー美術館(８時１５分開館)に早めに行きたかったので助かった。 駅からVia Nazionaleを通ったが、歩道は狭く交通量は多く荷物が多い方は大変と思った。場所が分かれば、他の道より中央市場に出る事が出来る。歩きやすいし、露天を見ながらは楽しかった。 ミケランジェロ広場からバス１２番で帰って来ると、ホテル付近の大きな公園に停まるので便利だった。 バス１２番は駅行きなので、駅からの利用も出来る！と今気付いた。

居室にベイブ(VEBE?)が置いてあった。 ２泊したが、２泊目の早朝(２時〜)蚊に起こされる。。。沢山刺されたものの痒みは酷くなかったが、音が気になって何度も起きた。 因に遭遇出来た蚊は７匹… Wi-Fiはフロントと食堂(隣同士)が可能。 フロントのイス(２脚)が塞がっていたので食堂のテーブル、朝食準備されている所でしてもいいと言ってくれた。 でも、繋がり難く夜間対応のおじちゃまは詳しくなかった。

ロケーションの良さ。特にサン・マルコ修道院に向かう筋にあり、５分で行けた。おかげでフィレンチェを離れる朝にも、もう１度行くことができた。 ウフィツイ美術館の予約時間が早かったが、特別に朝食を早くしてくれた。

バス通りに面しているので、バスや車の音が早朝からうるさい。また、日曜の夜は遅くまで通りの人声が聞こえてうるさかった。耳栓が必要。 シャワールームが狭く、カーテンが身体にあたり冷たかった。ルネサンス期のものかと思うほど古い家具がおいてある。ただ、サン・マルコに近いことで、すべて許せます。

駅からも観光しに行くのにもアクセスがよかった

一人部屋にしては安いしS.M.N.から近い！ たしかに部屋は狭いが一人だし十分！ デザインもヨーロピアンで可愛くてうれしかった。 フロントの人は親切だし、掃除のおばちゃんも笑顔で愛想がよく気持ちよかった。

換気扇の付いたバスルームに干しても手洗いしたものが乾かなかった。

The location is great, near the Duomo . The staff is helpful.

The rooms are not as nice as in the pictures. The rooms are very small, the bathroom as well. Wardrobe door was broken, walls were dirty,furniture is old. ... definitely not worth the money. Parking is not for free, you can leave your car in public garage for 20 €/day.

I loooooved the staff! The boy at the reception was really amazingly helpful and nice. The location of the place is really good, walking distance from everything. The rooms were very simple but clean and towels were changed daily.

The hotel did not have a lift so dragging the luggage up the stairs was not fun. One night I woke up because the man at the reception (probably the owner) was yelling on the phone in the middle of the night - my parents woke up because another guest was screaming through the night. So the walls are probably paper thin... Be sure to bring ear plugs, just in case. Also, no hair dryer. The breakfast was very modest.

Very uncomfortable bed or mattress, once slept there, back pain for 3 days. At night it is impossible to sleep - on the street permanently very noisy, even with closed window. Air Conditioning terrible, I think it does not work good - at night it is very noise in the room.

i didn't like the bathroom it was too small. the shower was on top of the toilet. but it's not too bad if you are not expecting for luxury.

The room price is comparatively low during the fashion festival 2011. Room size and hotel location is fine.

Very old decorated and lack of maintenance. Pictures on the website should have been taken many years ago. No lift and dark stairs. The toilet floor will become flooding and wet after bath. No choice breakfast and even no toast. Soundproofing is bad.

i dint like that the internet wasnt for free, i had to buy cards to use the internet

Our room was large and clean. The bedding was good quality and the beds were made and clean towels provided daily. Our room was quiet. There is no wifi in the room but is available in the lobby. The breakfast room is very pretty and we enjoyed the breakfast. The young man looking after the desk on Thursday and Friday was exceptionally nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. Close to train and bus station as well as museums and other sights. Quite a few stairs to access so not suited to physically disabled. Very nice place.

The hotel staff are very kind, friendly and helpful, always ready to help you with anything you need to know. The reception is open 24/7. The location was very handy, just about 500 metres / 8 minutes from the Duomo and shops. For being so close to the centre it is a very good place for people with tight budget. I would recommend this hotel to younger people who do not have big expectations.

The photographer who took the photos of the rooms must be a magicians. The room in the picture looks quite generous in size, however, our room was hardly more than 3,5x2,5m. The bathroom was incredibly small. While sitting on the toilet you have to leave the bathroom door open because your legs just would fit it. So I wouldnt recommend this hotel to "bigger" people. Maybe I would not quite call it a hotel, maybe a B&B or a better version of a hostel would suit it more. In addition, I did not quite like the building in which the hotel is situated as there is no lift and it is on the second floor. Might be a problem for older people or those with heavy luggage.

The friendly staff. Besides, the rooms are a little bit old but very clean!

We had a bathroom with the toilet in the shower. It wasnt that bad but also not very comfortable. (just a few rooms have this, most of the rooms not)
